Drawings
The 'cabinet of drawings' was created in Paris fifteen years ago to display works of an exceptionally high standard: drawings, gouaches, watercolours and pastels by celebrated artists including Carle van Loo, Hubert Robert, Géricault, Greuze, La Fosse, Piola, Gandolfi and Fuseli. They are exhibited in an intimate environment which is much appreciated by museum curators and collectors alike.
For the past fifteen years, the gallery has taken an ever increasing interest in paintings and drawings from the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, and has now a prestigious selection on display by artists including Alfred de Dreux, Redouté, Alfred Stevens, Albert André and Maurice Denis.
